Refund policy

At Shailas Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Returns within Pakistan

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you on how to return the item at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, or used clothing
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after use
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at:

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (for size or product), please contact us.

You can:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order for the desired product

We will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days.

7. Important Notes

  • No restocking fee will be charged on returns
  • We do not have any final sale items, so all eligible products can be returned within 14 days
  • We currently accept orders and returns within Pakistan only
